In the United States, colorectal cancer — cancer that starts in the colon or the rectum — is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in men and in women. Fortunately, there are ways to reduce your risk and even prevent the cancer.

Our speaker is gastroenterologist Sim Bedi, DO, who will explain factors that may increase the risk of colorectal cancer, as well as lifestyle changes you can make to reduce your risk. Then he’ll describe screenings that can detect and even prevent the cancer.

Speaker

Sim Bedi, DO, of Gastroenterology of the Rockies
