Concerns, Challenges, and
Future Directions

About one in four adults 65 years or older experience some type of mental health concern that is not traditionally associated with aging. Sadly, far too many do not seek or receive the help they need.

In the final presentation of our four-part “Elevating Mental Health” lecture series, you’ll learn about the mental health challenges many older adults face and how BCH’s primary health care clinics are helping to detect mental illnesses. Then hear about resources and treatments for seniors with mental health concerns.
