Menopause and the years leading up to menopause (perimenopause) can be turbulent times. In addition to hot flashes and insomnia, women can battle night sweats, mental fogginess, fatigue, lower sex drive, weight gain and irritability. Yet they are often confronted with confusing advice on how to manage their symptoms.

Board-certified gynecologist Brenda Price, MD, and certified nurse-midwife Paige Swales, CNM, MSN, will review the latest evidence-based, research-grounded answers to common questions about menopause and perimenopause.

Speakers

Brenda Price, MD, of Boulder Women's Care
Paige Swales, CNM, MSN, of Foothills Community Midwives
